When you access the Service, we automatically collect:

3. AI and Content Generation
PlugGTM uses artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to generate content. You should understand:
- AI Processing: Your inputs (Brand DNA, topics, keywords) are processed by AI models to generate content
- Third-Party AI: We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity) to power content generation
- No Training on Your Data: We do not use your Brand DNA or generated content to train AI models
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content generated for your organization (see Terms of Service)
- AI Limitations: AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication; we do not guarantee accuracy
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Cloud hosting (Vercel)
- Authentication (Clerk)
- AI processing (OpenRouter and model providers)
- Workflow automation (n8n)
- Analytics services
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

If you choose to publish content through our Content Hub feature, that content becomes publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines and AI systems.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Brand DNA: Retained until you delete it or close your account
- Generated Content: Retained until you delete it; archived content retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes
- Legal Compliance: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
